The Welcome Walls is an initiative of the Government of Western Australia as a tribute to migrants who arrived by sea via Fremantle.
Migrant community consultation was carried out by the
Department of Premier and Cabinet with support from
the
Office of Multicultural Interests and the Western Australian Museum.
